Hi rdrtrader,
unfortunately, all that screenshot does is tell us that your site has an error, but doesn’t tell us what that error is or even where it is coming from. The issue could be a corrupt update of HD Quiz, a fatal error with another plugin, or even an issue with your hosting environment.
So let’s start with the basics and work our way up. Try reinstalling HD QUiz to make sure you don’t have a bad update. First, deactivate, then delete HD QUiz (you will not lose any quiz data), then install again fresh from the repository. This will force your site to ensure that you have all of the latest files.
If the above does not work, then the only thing I can do is recommend enabling WP_DEBUG. You can enable this by editing wp-config.php found in the folder where you installed WordPress. Near the bottom you will see that WP_DEBUG is set to FALSE – change it to TRUE. With a bit of luck the page will now spit out an actual error message.
