 * Hi, this is error message I get when trying to login into WordPress.
 * This error occurs only under the following circumstances:
    1) First login after
delete all browsing data (MS Edge or Chrome) is successful. 2) After log out
and closing browser, again opening browser, next login is unsuccessful.
 * In the case of closing the browser, only after the previous deletion of browsing
data, once the browser has been reopened, the new login is successful.
    Please
   help.

 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme
to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Thank you, James, for your suggestions. I tried everything you suggested, but
   the problem is still present.
And despite the deactivation of all plugins and
set the Twenty Seventeen theme, I can not login into WP after I close my browser
and open it again, without previous deleting the browsing data using the browser
tool. In fact, it’s enough to select just erasing “cached images and files” and
login into WP it is possible after reopening the browser. Please note that the
WP plugin “WP Super Cache” is deactivated and I believe the problem is unrelated
to it. It is interesting that if I first login into CPanel on the ISP server,
and then into WP, the login into WP it is possible after reopening the browser(
without previous deletion of the browsing data), with the same procedure (firstly
   CPanel, then WP).

 * Did you turn off the cache in WP Super Cache’s settings *before* deactivating
it? If not, that explains the problem. WordPress will continue to use the cache
files without WP Super Cache to control/refresh them, effectively making your
   site permanently static.

 * Ever since I have installed WP Super Cache plugin and activated it for the first
time, I have not turned the cache on, it is permanently turned off.
    Even in
the WP Super Cache settings, I started deleting the cache, even though it is
turned off, but the login problem is still present.

 * Ah, then you should probably delete that plugin. It’s a caching plugin, not much
use if you don’t plan on caching. 😉
 * At this point then, I recommend checking with your hosting provider’s support.
They should have more details from the logs to determine to origin of the 403.
It could be something server-level, like mod_security or fail2ban.

 * Of course, I intend to use the cache:) I just left it turned off for the moment,
at this stage of developing the website and experimenting with plugins.
    I completely
deleted the plugin, but the login problem is still present. I agree with your
statement that the problem might be at the server level. I’ll check with my hosting
provider. Thank you very much for your support.
