Problem with login

Hello,

I have install WPS Hide Login, and when I got log out from WordPress and when I try to login with new link i got this message:
“INSECURE PASSWORD: Your login attempt has been blocked because the password you are using exists on lists of passwords leaked in data breaches. Attackers use such lists to break into sites and install malicious code. Please reset your password to reactivate your account. Learn More”

So when I try to reset my pass, is say:
“ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.” even if I try only two e-mails that i use.

How can I see what is my new pass or username?

Or how can i delete plugin?
