# Problem with manually install

 * Hello,
 * i try to install WP on godaddy manually, but after I create DB, move all WP files
   and setup wp-config file if I try to connect to mydomain.com/wp-admin i received
   this message:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in D:\Hosting\2884824\html\
   danilosupport\wp-admin\admin.php on line 32
 * Does anybody knows were is a problem?
 * Thank you

   a **fresh** download of WordPress.

 * Well, it looks like you are either not uploading all of the files or you’re not
   using a freshly downloaded copy of WordPress.
