Problem with max_input_vars

hi friends
Maybe repeated my question, but i cant find solving problem.
i have problem with this error :

PHP Warning: Unknown: Input variables exceeded 1000. To increase the limit change max_input_vars in php.ini. in Unknown on line 0

i contacted the host administartor. they said :

“I understand that you have contacted us regarding error related to max_input_vars. I am afraid we cannot increase the parameter for a single hosting account as your account is hosted in a shared hsoting environment. We have set this limit carefully to avoid any wastage/abuse of server resources and increasing the limit will result in degradation of server’s performance.”

please help me. i need this
