# Problem with modal window

    I am having a problem with the plugin. The modal window opens by itself
   when opening the product page. Usually it only opens if you click on the link.
   Can you help me ? thank you in advance Laurent

 * Thanks for reaching out to us.
 * We have made functionality that, first time hit the url it will not automatically
   open the popup, you must need to click on the button.
 * Second time if there is # sign on the url then it will auto open the popup so
   if you remove the #sign it will not open auto.
 * If this functionality not needed for you then please create support ticket to
   our technical team they can contact you and resolve your issue within one to 
   two day.
