Problem with new version

    Hello.

    I downloaded MonsterInsights 1 week ago. This week I got an email that there is a fatal error on my website (we figured it was because of the outdated version of the plugin) It says at the bottom that I have the 6.2.2 version. I downloaded and uploaded the latest version (8.17) as a ZIP file, but it still says 6.2.2 there.

    How can I unlock the latest version?

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion here!

    Typically that version number found at the bottom right corner of your site indicates your WordPress version.

    Could you try logging into your WordPress site and then going to the Plugins page to check what version of MonsterInsights you’re using instead?
