# Problem with new version

 * Hello.
 * I downloaded MonsterInsights 1 week ago. This week I got an email that there 
   is a fatal error on my website (we figured it was because of the outdated version
   of the plugin) It says at the bottom that I have the 6.2.2 version. I downloaded
   and uploaded the latest version (8.17) as a ZIP file, but it still says 6.2.2
   there.
 * How can I unlock the latest version?

 * Typically that version number found at the bottom right corner of your site indicates
   your WordPress version.
 * Could you try logging into your WordPress site and then going to the Plugins 
   page to check what version of MonsterInsights you’re using instead?
