# Problem with payment

 * Hi,
 * Just installed your plugin and tried it. Worked fine the first time I tried it,
   except it didnt redirect me to the page I put in “return URL”.
 * After that I get an error message saying something like “payment not possible
   now, go back to the merchants website and choose a different payment method”.
 * Any solutions for these problems? Thanks.

 * For the return URL, make sure it is in the format: [http://example.com/page](http://example.com/page)
 * That message is from PayPal, not this plugin.

 * Hi, thank you for you answer.
 * Yes it is in that format. Also the plugin seems to affect the other contact forms
   on the website, even it is not activated on those contact forms (contact form
   7).
 * For example if I send in the form in this page: [http://livea.no/kontakt-oss/](http://livea.no/kontakt-oss/)
 * While sending this url appears in the adress line: [http://livea.no/kontakt-oss/#wpcf7-f2359-p30-o1](http://livea.no/kontakt-oss/#wpcf7-f2359-p30-o1)
 * Also it seems to conflict with pop up maker, which I set to open a pop up when
   a contact form is filled in. The pop up does not open when this plugin is activated
   for that contact form.
