# Problem with plugin?

 * I have a number of client WordPress sites that I have build and maintain. At 
   present, I cannot log into any of the sites that are using the Captcha Bank plugin.
   Is anyone having a similar issue?
 * I can log into sites that do not use this plugin.
 * I am seeing an error message that begins
 * Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘RedisException’ with message ‘Connection closed’
   in …
 * **wp-content/plugins/captcha-bank** is listed throughout the error message.
 * I am going to use FTP to remove the plugin from one of the sites to see if this
   helps.
 * Curious to see if anyone is having this issue.
