I’ll check what can cause this behavior with the plugin you mention. So, i’ve try to register two different users, and both have been added without any error on my test. Test with default and all should go fine. I assume, if the integration is active (so you have may not forget it is deactivated via the wp_w3all.php line of code that deactivate the plugin, that you have forget to comment out re-adding // in front), * there is maybe a problem on charset.
