# problem with plugin

 * hello when i have enable your plugin i am get this error in my website The server
   is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or 
   capacity problems. Please try again later
    i use bimber theme this problem start
   from 10/10/2019 when i disabled your plugin my website work fine can you fix 
   it please i like your plugin

 * Unfortunately that error message is too generic, doesn’t say what the problem
   is. I’ll need more details from you so I can help out.
 * Try activating [WordPress’ Debugging mode](https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/),
   reactivate the plugin, then check your website again. Once the error message 
   appears, check your `debug.log` file and see if there are any error messages 
   related to the plugin in there.

 * thank you for your reply as i see this plugin work only 4.7 or newest wordpress
   version 5.0.6 i have 5.2.3 version of wordpress i make the debugg tool but i 
   dont see any error..

 * Well, in that case we’re back to the start then. Without more information the
   only thing I can do is guess.
 * The message you’re seeing is probably a 503 error which usually means that your
   server is not available to handle requests because it’s either too busy at the
   moment or that its administrator has put the server into maintenance mode momentarily
   to fix/update/change something.
 * Assuming that’s it’s the former (the server is getting too many requests and 
   can’t handle them all) and since I can’t see Bimber’s code without buying the
   theme first (something I won’t do) try switching to a different theme and see
   if the issue persists or not. I’m making this suggestion because the Bimber theme-
   as far as I know at least- has copied part of the code from the WPP plugin into
   their codebase in order to be able to show all of the popular posts sections 
   it has. Their code might not be up-to-date with the latest version of the plugin,
   something that could be causing performance issues.
 * If the issue still persists even after switching to a different theme (again,
   not a theme made by the Bimber team, it has to be a different one) then we can
   assume that the problem isn’t the Bimber theme itself but the WPP plugin, in 
   which case I have other suggestions but let’s try switching to a different theme
   first and see how it goes from there.
