# Problem with plugin

 * Hello,
 * I have 2 problems with WP funnels checkout.
 * First problem: More specifically I install in my site another plugin “Furgonetka.
   pl” and this plugin it is designed to display a map of available courier points
   where the customer can pick up his parcel. When I go to my WP funnels checkout
   I see button for selections pick up, but when I click other shipping method with
   pick up this button does not change for this method…
 * Shipping methods in which he should display:
    – Paczkomat – Poczta Polska – DPD
   PickUp – Orlen paczka
 * Is there any way I can fix it?
 * My second problem: When I’m in my WP Funnels checkout and I enter all my billing
   details I don’t go to next step, because form expects me to register account 
   and I must enter username and password.
    Is there any way to not force my customers
   to register just so they can register voluntarily?

   with Furgonetka and try to find out why this could be happening and get back 
   to you soon.
 * Meanwhile, for the second scenario, if you want non-registered users to be able
   to place orders on your site, then you have to enable guest checkout in your 
   WooCommerce settings. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy and
   there look for the option, ‘[Allow the customer to place orders without an account](https://prnt.sc/R9EWUwsW9gS4)”
   and it should let them place orders without registering or logging in.
