# Problem with Plugin

 * Hi, I have a problem with the plugin Simple Share Buttons Adder ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/)).
   Every time me or my friends load the page it doesn’t display clearly and vertically
   and it’s a mess.
 * I Asked on their support page but no answer so hoping someone here might know.
   Is there any way of excluding it from the caching process?

 * yes, but I will need to it to be disabled first in order to check further , and
   I am still seeing HCDN active, please keep it off

   on or keep it off?

 * yes, you have enabled an option called `guest mode`, this is not compatible with
   other caching system, like H CDN
