The profile pages of users with admin, editor, author, and contributor roles are not shown. If you click on the name of a user with the author or admin role, a blank page shows up. This is not a redirect issue, since the url is correct. The profile page seems to not be working for those roles.

Other roles like subs and customers have profile pages and they load. What might be causing this?

Hi @berklee

Can you please go to the Ultimate Member -> User roles -> your user role and make sure that “Can view other member profiles?” is checked.

Did you enable the Customize settings of the Profile Form?
