# Problem with profiles

 * The profile pages of users with admin, editor, author, and contributor roles 
   are not shown. If you click on the name of a user with the author or admin role,
   a blank page shows up. This is not a redirect issue, since the url is correct.
   The profile page seems to not be working for those roles.
 * Other roles like subs and customers have profile pages and they load. What might
   be causing this?

 * Can you please go to the **Ultimate Member -> User roles** -> your user role 
   and make sure that “Can view other member profiles?” is checked.
