# Problem with purchasing support

 * Hi – I have the Lite free version, but want to purchase six months of support
   so I can file tickets on the thornier problems I’m having.
 * I went here: [https://webnus.net/purchase-support](https://webnus.net/purchase-support)
   But when I clicked on “purchase now,” the screen just shuddered and refreshed
   the same page. When I then clicked on “Add to Cart” and then “Checkout,” the 
   product shown in Checkout was one MEC license for $75, not the six months’ support
   for $19 I wanted.
 * Is it in fact not possible to purchase Support for the Lite version?
