    If I send a message as a guest (unregistered user) I have no problem with receiving it. However, when I sent a massage as one of my registered users, the message is never showing up in my email. How to fix the problem?

    Hi Pixabra,

    Sorry you ran into issues here. Can you tell me a bit more?
    – What version of BD are you running here?
    – Where are you trying to contact users? From a listing?
    – Have you tried an email tracking plugin like we describe in this article here? http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/problems-with-email-and-awpcp/ (it’s for our sister plugin, but the same steps apply here)

    The last one will tell you if the email is being sent or blocked by your local server. That’s the important one to test. Try that and report back on what you find.
