# Problem with reservation registration

 * Dear Sirs,
 * I have just installed and configured your plugin. Everything works fine except
   I cannot finalize reservation. Below is the scenario:
 * 1.Service selection works fine, then
    2.Time period selection works fine 3.After
   clicking Next system displays information as presented empty page with number
   0 (zero) presented in the upper left corner. Reservation is not registered.
 * Any idea what could be a reason for that?

 * Dear Sirs, Turned off all plugins except yours and situation did not change at
   all. Cannot change theme, as I am using DIvi from Elegant Themes and I am affraid
   I’ll loose my data.
 * I did not apply debug procedure as I don’t have enough experitise in the area.
 * Is there any other way to diagnoze the source of the problem?

 * Dear Sirs, after further investigation I found turning off AJAX improoves situation
   however another problem arises. System does not register booking even the process
   has finished. Any idea?
