Problem with second form

    Hi,
    after some trouble I got the connection to google sheet. Now I’ve tried to connect the same form to another sheet but the connection failed.
    The steps to follow are these?

    1) change Google Sheet Name
    2) change Google Sheet Id
    3) change Google Sheet Tab Name
    4) change Google Tab Id
    and SAVE
    Correct? Or I’ve missed something?

    I’ve copied the first row of the old sheet to the new sheet

    Hello @rcmedici

    Just to confirm, have you named headers in google sheet like first-name
    Need to remove square braces[], spaces, and all special characters.
    Also, make sure you reauthenticated again after updating.

    Yes. To avoid these missing things, I’ve copied the sheets.But it doesn work

    Sorry, but I have to reauthenticate even when I change the sheets? Or only one time after the installing? Because the connection with the first sheet is working

    Just One time, if its working for one sheet then no need to do again.
    Just enter sheetname, sheetID, tabname and tabID, exactly as shown.

    Ok. What could be the problem? The plugin works with one sheet. Then I’ve tried to do a test:
    1) i’ve created another sheet, with different name and different tab name.
    2) I’ve copied the first row of the old sheet with the name of the column.
    3) I ve pasted the row on the new sheet
    4) I’ve changed on the dashboard of wp the sheetname, sheetID, tabname and tabID

    The plugin doesnt work… !!!

    I’m doing a lot of test, but I dont understand! It s incredible.
