 * There is virtually nothing you need to do to make the Google Forms plugin work.
In most cases, the default settings will work to get a form working. There is
more work to do on the Google Drive side defining it then on the WordPress side
until you want or need to do some CSS work.
 * That said, here are the basic steps you need to do which are outlined in the
   FAQ as well.
    1. Create a form in Google Drive. Start with something simple, 1-3 questions, once
you have it working it is trivial to add more questions to the form.
    2. You sure you “share” the form so that it can be viewed by anyone with the URL.
       This is important.
    3. In WordPress define a new form. Use the “Add New Form” menu choice under the
Google Forms menu on the Dashboard.
    4. Give your form a title. This is no different than any other post or page.
    5. Enter the URL Google provided when you “shared” the form above. It will typcially
       end with something like “/viewform”.
    6. Publish the form.
    7. View the form using the link WordPress will show near the permalink on the edit
       page.
    8. Test the form and verify the submission ends up as expected in Google Drive.
 * Once it is working, you can start making all sort of changes or using some of
the advanced features. Look through the Support Forum here on WordPress.org,
I do my best to answer all of the questions and there have been lots of questions
   asked.
 * Look at [my web site for posts tagged with “Google Forms”](http://michaelwalsh.org/blog/tag/google-forms/)
as I have written up solutions to quite a few scenarios that have been asked
   or requested.
