 * When I add social buttons via shortcode the title doesn’t appear, the plugin 
   is intended to be used this way or is an issue?

 * My fault: I didn’t read all the shortcode documentation, I simply have to add
   the title to the shortcode (really annoying because I need to write it in different
   php files in my theme).
