# Problem with shortcode

 * I have the following problem when inesrting JoliTOC with shortcode : when clicking
   on an heading in the menu, it does nothing. THe page does not scroll to the heading.
   Is there a way to solve this ?

 * Thanks for your quick reply. It is a page but it is the same problem with pages
   and posts. I did not test on a CPT

 * Ok !
 * Normally, If you are using a page it should work so it must be something else.
 * Are you using a cache plugin ? If yes, please flush the cache or temporarily 
   deactivate it to see if you can make it work.
 * Lastly, if this is not cache-related, and if for some reason your theme handles
   things differently, you might wanna activate the “Widget support” option for 
   the corresponding post types. That should do the trick.

   with the “Widget support” option (did not see that one ^^) I don’t have cache

 * This option forces the processing of the content to make the links work.
 * It is required to do that when the shortcode is placed in a “Sidebar widget” (
   outside of the content) but it is necessary on your install for some reason.
