# Problem with string translation

 * Hello,
 * we experiencing an issue with the plugin. We cant translate a number of strings
   because when we try to, plugin shows the word Undefined and then stucks. We didn’t
   had this issue a week earlier.
 * All our plugins and theme are properly updated.
 * I would appreciate your help

 * Thank you for reaching us!
 * We have a function called “Translate numbers and numerals” so once you want to
   translate numbers,make sure you enable this setting from Settings->TranslatePress-
   >Advanced and if you scroll down,you will find it.

 * Try to open the String Translation feature and select the Gettext tab and search
   the word you want to translate.
