Can you try deactivating all plugins to see if the issue persists?

So on which page don’t the submenus work properly?
on all of them.
when you hover over the menus I have noted above, they have sub menus that should open and doesn’t.
when you toggle on/off the bottom widget and then hover over these menus, the submenus suddenly appear.

I can’t experience your issue with that browser & browser version when I mouse-over the menu items.
Are you using your mouse? The submenus don’t show up when you use the keyboard, are you using your keyboard instead?
No. I’m using my mouse. did you see the submenus?
and it’s not only on my computer.
