Problem with Submit Button using Visual form builder

I am new at this I have taken over a business and the previous owner set this web site up. I have enrollment forms using Visual site builder None of the submit buttons work. The words are there but you can not click on it. I have looked through the troubleshooting FAQ pages for Visual form builder, I went through everything that was suggested, Changed the theme (no change) Deactivated the plugins( No Change)
I have also looked through 45 pages on the subject. I still cannot find anything that can fix this. The only thing I have done to the site is an update! Please if someone could help me figure this out. the site is
