 * When a subscription user try open ticket show this message.
 * Lo sentimos, el personal de soporte no puede enviar tiques desde aquí.
 * Why suscription user is support personal. Where change it. I don´t know…
 * In user role plugin I don´t find the option. I change see the same capabilities
   as customer..
 * Can you help me?

 * Awesome support comes with 4 basic user roles and the support agent cannot open
   tickets from the front end, however, he can open a ticket from the backend on
   the behalf of any support user, only the support user can open tickets from the
   backend.
