Problem with the Profile Completeness extension

Sorry for my English.
I bought the full lifetime version of Ultimate Member.
When you’re on the FEMMA.fr site and you click on one of the people, it normally opens their file.
I’ve already contacted you and you told me that I’d have to buy one more (paid) extension for the update to work.
Which I did!
I’ve just paid for the update to the “Profile Completeness” extension.
I downloaded the new version and updated my WordPress.
Unfortunately, it still doesn’t work.
When you click on a profile, it takes you back to the home page.
We’ve had this problem for several days now, and it’s getting really annoying… Could you please help me?
