# Problem with the PROM plugin (UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY)

 * The PayPal Express plugin does not work with PROM plugin:

 * When there is a product personalized by PROM plugin in the cart, an error appears:
   
   UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY – Should equal sum of (unit_amount * quantity) across all
   items for a given purchase_unit
 * I’m really asking for help.

 * Now I see it is not PROM plugin problem. The PayPal express show error, when 
   in cart are products with variant option.

   Can you please let us know if the issue only occurs with any specific condition
   of the PROM plugin?

 * Also having an issue with this. Wasn’t sure if I should make a new thread.
 * I’m using the Wholesale suite, but this error only occurs when making a backorder
   on something. Perhaps that’s where it comes from but I believe that’s core WooCommerce
   functionality, nothing to do with anything else.
