# Problem with theme while using Bonus for Woo plugin

 * Hello!
 * I’m using Neve theme with Bonus for Woo plugin [https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/bonus-for-woo/](https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/bonus-for-woo/).
   When I push the button “use bonuses” at the cart, the site is being redirected
   to [https://jane-iredale.online/wp-admin/admin-post.php](https://jane-iredale.online/wp-admin/admin-post.php)
   which is incorrect.
 * I’ve contacted to plugin author and he told me that there’s a problem with theme.
   Could you please help me solve this problem?

 * Unfortunately we can’t add code specific to maintain compatibility with every
   plugin that exists, as that would create a bloated theme. In such cases with 
   3rd party compatibilities we advise users to check if the same thing happens 
   with other popular themes, and if the problem persists to reach out to the developers
   of the plugin.
 * And even if it happens with Neve only, as this functionality is from the plugin
   we recommend reporting to the developers of it to see if they can address the
   problem from their end. If there is nothing they can do they can share what they
   think is a problem that stops their functionality specifically in our theme.
