# Problem with toggle switch and checkbox

 * Hello,
    On this page, I tried toggle switch and the checkbox for “How would you
   like to redeem your gift?” section and it is only work in when I am logged in
   as admin but for others, it doesn’t work at all. Also, Tried with conditional
   only works with the admin. Your support will be appreciated. Thank you

 * Im not Caldera support, but maybe try disabling the caching if you are using 
   a cache plugin and see if you still have the same issue. You should be able to
   exclude that page from caching

 * Thanks for your help. It worked same as you said by disabling the cache for this
   page
