# Problem with tools-import-wordpress

 * Hi.
    I’m new to this. I bought a new theme from themeforest, so I wanted to apply
   demo (xml) file that is given by creator. So, as I taught, I went to admin page–
   tools – import. and clicked “wordpress”
 * I waited about 1~2 mins and…
 * An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this
   server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support
   forums.
 * this text popped up.
    I really want to apply demo file because I’m so new to 
   this… Please help me! If you know how to solve this problem, please tell… Thank
   you.

 * Looks to me like a server issue too. But I’m not sure.
 * Premium themes, they do provide support. Check out the support forums on Theme
   forest they should be able to help you out.

 * Thanks.
    I called the hosting administrator, and changed my settings. now i’m
   waiting for change: it takes 1 day to change completely. If it’s solved, I’ll
   remain a comment about detail!
 * please reply me if you have other opinions.
