# Problem with TTFB

 * I have a problem with TTFB which is about 6sec on average. I doubt the wordpress
   theme because it started happening to me after the update to version 10. It’s
   a Newspaper theme, but how can I be sure of that?
 * I am also in contact with the creators of this theme who have not been reported
   a problem by other users and consider my problem unusual.

   support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and

 * Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would
   not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is
   one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors.

 * I haven’t figured out why the TTFB is high yet, so I wanted to see first if it
   might be due to a possible configuration or if there is any tool that can analyze
   the problem. That’s why I wrote here. Of course, I don’t expect to be helped 
   here with commercial theme.

 * Activate a stock WordPress theme like Twenty-Twenty and test again. If there 
   is no change then you can rule out the theme. After that, try disabling all your
   plugins and test again. Assuming no improvement, talk to your host.
