Problem with Twentyfourtheen theme?
-
Experiencing problems in conjunction with 2014 theme.
The left black bar is overlapping the Anouncement CPT’s.
For now I “solved” it by adding a padding left to the CSS class: .timeline-express-content-area

Hi Welovetraffic,
Where are you seeing this issue? I am testing on twenty fourteen and I’m not seeing the left black bar overlapping. It looks like the timeline is in the center of the page.
Example:

EvanThank you Evan,
The timeline shows indeed perfect, but the problem is with the Custom Post Types.(Announcements)
When you click the read more or when you click from the links in the widget to reach the “Announcements” they get overlapped by the left bar.

(this one is showing ok now, because of my custom CSS, but on some browsers it is still not ok)Thanks already, Sjoerd
Ah, yea. That could be because the single template that is being used doesn’t have the necessary page wrapper.
You may want to take al ook at the following knowledge base article:
https://www.wp-timelineexpress.com/documentation/customize-single-announcement-template/You’ll just need to copy single.php, re-name it accordingly, and swap out the one line in the file.
We are currently working on a better templating engine so that Timeline Express inherits your themes single.php file, which I hope to have out soon.
Thanks,
EvanThanks Evan.
