Problem with updating
-
Hello! My name is Eugenia, and I manage an academic research team’s WordPress website. We only upload content, and I’m not an expert in programming. I’ve been having some issues with Elementor and Really Simple plugins. I updated the plugins and WordPress to the recommended version, but it triggered a fatal error message. I’ll copy the error message below because I don’t know how to fix it. After reading several comments and guides, I’m not sure what I can do from the WordPress dashboard in recovery mode. The only way I managed to access it once (I don’t have access to the host’s control panel or the database).
Thank you very much in advance, warm regards.
Versión de WordPress 6.2.2
Tema activo: GeneratePress (versión 3.3.0)
Plugin actual: Really Simple SSL pro (versión 4.1.11)
Versión de PHP: 7.3.33
