Problem with using the plugin with WP-Pro-Quiz

Hello,
I have been using WP-Pro-Quiz plugin to make quizzes for our students and lately I added the rating widget. everything is working great except for the fact that I am getting the thumbs up and down that should appear with the comments in the quiz (see picture http://i1204.photobucket.com/albums/bb410/Haneen_Q/Screenshot%202015-11-20%2012.29.57_zpsguwkjplm.png),which is not a comment and I definitely don’t want it to be rated.
I really need to make it disappear from that place, any suggestions on how to that?The website is https://openlab.ncl.ac.uk/ubicomp-2015
