So you cannot add a video to a page or the page is not working? Can you post a link to a page you mean? Are you using the latest version of the theme? If using the free theme, do you have the virtue/pinnacle toolkit plugin installed and activated?

Yes I have the correct updated virtue premium theme , which I have never since I had the regular form been asked to have the toolkit updated since it is now premium . I took that portion of my drop down boxes down, it would show on the movile but even when I added it to the primary it would not show or it would show the video and the next day or before it would say link to old or not entered correctly. a few times I actually put video in the search line on that page and it would come up which is weird but not the way it should or has ever worked before . I do not use shortcodes so it couldnt be that . I would like to add back the wideo but not until I know it works. I gave my site name to you above when this was happening but finally I gave up it is not mandatory for my site.
I will be downloading the layout one of the premium site so that I will have the information and choices put in that are on the site that I may not be using now .
Are you using the premium theme or the free? If you’re using premium please use the premium forums- https://www.kadencethemes.com/support-forums/forum/virtue-theme/
The virtue/pinnacle toolkit plugin is only for the free theme, so if you are using premium please deactivate that.
I got the link to your site, but I was looking for the specific page where you added the videos. Are you adding the videos through the visual editor? There’s a youtube shortcode within the Virtue Shortcodes tab in the premium theme. That is best route to take when adding videos.
