# Problem with Windows Store

 * Hi, I installed your great plugin on my WordPress test blog but I get a problem.
   As you can see here ([http://www.billia.net/?p=148](http://www.billia.net/?p=148))
   the output for Windows app is not working. I am using this shortcode: [appbox
   windowsstore 9nblggh1jj9h] This is exactly the same shortcode used in this page(
   [http://www.winbeta.org/news/slack-beta-for-windows-phone-gets-a-bunch-of-enhancements-and-fixes](http://www.winbeta.org/news/slack-beta-for-windows-phone-gets-a-bunch-of-enhancements-and-fixes)))
   where output is ok. What is the problem?
 * I would like to notice you that if I activate the plugin debug system I get the
   following error:

   > You don’t have permission to access “[http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/app/9nblggh1jj9h&#8221](http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/app/9nblggh1jj9h&#8221);
   > on this server.
   > Reference #18.643d1602.1442320003.3c43482
 * Is my server blacklisted by Microsoft servers? Or it depends on other issue?

 * I’m aware of this thing, but so far there’s no solution. Seems like it’s something
   on the own web server, but this bug is rarely… -.-

 * Hi, thanks for your reply. Do you have an idea about the possible cause of this
   problem? Maybe I could help you to find out it, so please you give me tips or
   suggestions to understand what is the problem…
 * Is it possible that this issue depends on curl? Maybe do I have to set some option
   in curl settings?
