    Hello,
    yesterday I installed this Plugin and it works perfectly, I love it.
    But on my website I have three shortcodes for showing a user star review.
    This is done by the Plug-In “wp review pro”. This is a famous Plug-In for User reviews.

    But now because of the activation of the calculated field form Plug-In, there is a little margin added under each star review shortcode. This margin is really bad, an I cant get rid of it. When I deactivate your Plug-In the margin at the bottom is gone again.

    I wanted to buy the Pro version of Calculated fiedls form, but since this causes a strange margin ONLY AT THIS STAR REVIEWS (nowhere else) I will not buy the Plug-In.

    Can somebody please help me, this is very strange…
    Thank you guys.

    Hello @zentasia

    I’ve visited your web page: https://www.zentasia.de/testseite-tim/ but the only margin that is being applied to the reviews are defined by the style definition:

    .review-wrapper{border:1px solid #e7e7e7;margin-bottom:30px;clear:both;box-sizing:border-box;}

    into the “https://www.zentasia.de/wp-content/plugins/wp-review-pro/public/css/wp-review.css” file.

    Please look the screenshot here:

    I’ve disabled the margin in this style definition through the developers console in the browser, and look the result here:

    In fact the styles defined in our plugin are not being applied in this page.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

    thank you very much for your detailed answer! It is true that there is “margin-bottom: 30px” registered, but that was already the case and had actually fit. The funny thing is that the larger distance is not displayed in Elementor. Everything is displayed there correctly. And the distance is always displayed only if your plugin is activated. As soon as I disable it, everything is displayed normally again. So it has to be related to the plugin. I know it’s a really strange problem. I did not have that kind of thing either. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, but after de activation it was the same problem again. Do you have any idea why this could be because I really like your plugin but that’s really a problem. Thank you very much!

    Hello,

    unfortunately I can´t insert pictures here, but the problem is quite simple to describe. In Elementor edit mode, the distance between the stars is displayed correctly, but a larger distance is displayed in the finished view (what the customer sees). This is only if the plugin is activated.

    Best regards.

    Hello @zentasia

    I cannot check the issue, if you don’t activate the plugin and send me the link the page where the issue si happening, because evidently it is a conflict with the styles and I need to check them in action.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

    the plugin is already activated all the time and the page is still the same.

    If I set

    .review-wrapper {
    margin-bottom: 0px;}

    it is correctly displayed in the end view, but only because I have given in elementor minus values for margin for the stars.
    So if I set “margin-bottom” to zero in CSS, in elementor it is shown pushed together.
    The value was already there, when the plugin was not yet activated. That had everything already so fit.
    I believe that regardless of this value, a other value will increase or be added to through the plugin.
    If the plugin is disabled, I have the same view of elementor edit mode and the end view again.

    Hello @zentasia

    Please, watch the following video:

    [video src="https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/customdownloads/2019/03/22/developer_console.mp4" /]

    Pay attention to the CSS files that are loaded by your website, and which styles are being applied to your elements, none of these styles are defined in our plugin’s files.

    If we’re referring to different things, I’ll need you publish a screenshot with the problem you are reporting, to facilitate the understanding in both ways.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

    thanks for your reply. I really appreciate the effort you put into it!
    I think the best thing is, if i show it to you in a video.
    Could I email or otherwise send you a video?

    If I create a ticket in your private site, do I not have to explain everything again if I give my name? Because we already wrote a lot now…

    Thanks!
