 * My website was set up by a similar business owner who cloned mine from his. I
   have since revamped the website and deleted most of his content and links, but
   when I came to add a Facebook pixel, it turns out that his Facebook pixel was
   already installed on my WordPress website.
    I now have 2 pixels running, one
   linked to my Facebook and one to his. How do I delete the pixel that is linked
   to his Facebook business account? I don’t know much about coding, but can follow
   basic instructions. I am using a Divi theme to build and develop the site.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fproblem-with-wrong-facebook-pixel%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi there,
 * Here is a link to a tutorial on how to remove the Facebook/Meta pixel code (I
   am going to assume it is manually installed):
 * [https://www.facebook.com/business/help/4224030857607474](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/4224030857607474)
 * To perform the instructions you will need to go to your header and remove the
   code from there.
 * To do this in your dashboard go to **Settings** > **Insert Headers and Footers**.
 * From here make sure when your following the tutorial you remove the correct code.
   To do this compare the ID within the code to the ID on your Facebook/Meta business
   account. The ID which does not match with yours should be the ID of the other
   user.
 * However, as an absolute failsafe; make sure you take a backup of your website
   before making these changes.
 * Hope this helps!

 * Thanks. I looked at Headers and Footers, but can’t see any code for the pixel.
   I think they are numbered, but there is nothing to show which is the pixel. My
   pixel was installed with partner integration, but I don’t know about the incorrect
   one.
    This is the coding in Headers and Footers:
 *     ```
       <!-- Global site tag (gtag.js) - Google Analytics -->
       <script async src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=G-TSZM7HFCHM"></script>
       <script>
         window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
         function gtag(){dataLayer.push(arguments);}
         gtag('js', new Date());

         gtag('config', 'G-TSZM7HFCHM');
       </script>
       <meta name="facebook-domain-verification" content="zb4j1e1atljkz0s6fhjbhgnksccqc5" />
       ```
 * Hi,
 * Do you know how the other Facebook pixel was added? Depending on how it was added,
   this will determine how it can be removed.
 * Thanks.
 * Hello!
 * Are you using any plugin that helps you connect your site with Facebook? — If
   you do so, please check if the plugin might be adding the pixel.
 * Sometimes those plugins help you connect and adds the pixels.
