    Hola.

    He creado una web para la boda de unos amigos ( https://bodasarayruben.com/) y utilizado el WPForms para el formulario. Funciona “casi” correctamente, pues hemos detectado que con algunos formularios contestados desde países extranjeros (no España) al darle a EVNIAR no sale el típico mensajito de “Gracias por rellenar el formulario” y no se envían al correo.

    ¿Alguien podría ayudarme?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Looking at your form, it seems you’re using the WPForms widget from the Qi Addons for Elementor (https://qodeinteractive.com/qi-addons-for-elementor/documentation/#wpforms). This issue might be related to that third-party widget.

    As you’re not seeing the confirmation message, I believe the form was not submitted, and because of this, you’re not receiving the form notification in your mailbox.

    I tried the English version of your form, and it seems there is an AJAX error (screenshot). This almost always stems from a file permissions issue. If you contact your host and ask them to reset file permissions, this should start working properly. If the issue continues after this, your host could check the site’s logs.

    Also, I recommend trying with our official widget for Elementor, and for this, you can follow our guide here.
