Problème avec Woocommerce Validation de Commande

    Bonjour,

    j’ai un souci entre votre extension ‘Woocommerce PDF Invoice et Packing Slips’ et Woocommerce.

    Lorsqu’un utilisateur essaye de commander (Page Validation de commande) sans se connecter avec une adresse mail qui existe déjà dans la base client, Woocommerce remonte une erreur “” ce qui est normal et permet aux utilisateurs de se connecter.

    Quand j’active votre extension, ce message d’erreur n’apparait plus et le message “Nous n’avons pas pu traiter votre commande, veuillez essayer de nouveau” apparait à la place.

    Connaissez vous déjà ce problème ? Pourriez vous m’aider à le résoudre ?

    @mystweb,

    Sorry if I don’t understand. Do you mean that the order placement in your WooCommerce store stop working when our plugin (WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips) is activated? If so, this is weird, because our plugin has nothing to do with the order placement process, but with the order itself (after placement), from which we get the data to fill the invoice and packing slip: customer info, items, prices, etc.

    Anyway, could you please provide more details to try to understand better what’s the issue here?
