Can you try completely resetting the connection by performing the following:
- Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
- Reinstall and re-connect the plugin
- On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on Facebook: Delete Background Sync Jobs
- On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on Facebook: Reset connection settings
- Remove the WooCommerce By Meta integration from Business Integrations section
- Reconnect to your page
If the issue persists, please share your System Status report, the latest facebook_for_woocommerce log (located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs), and any plugin-related errors from your debug.log using PasteBin.
