    Bonjour,
    Le bouton “Get Started” n’apparaît plus dans le plugin Facebook for WooCommerce,
    même après suppression de l’ancien catalogue et réinstallation complète.
    Que puis-je faire ?

    Hi @oussama2026 – sorry about the delay,

    Can you try completely resetting the connection by performing the following:

    • Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
    • Reinstall and re-connect the plugin
    • On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on Facebook: Delete Background Sync Jobs
    • On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on Facebook: Reset connection settings
    • Remove the WooCommerce By Meta integration from Business Integrations section
    • Reconnect to your page

    If the issue persists, please share your System Status report, the latest facebook_for_woocommerce log (located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs), and any plugin-related errors from your debug.log using PasteBin.
