 * I’m having awful problems with this. We are using the pro version of the calculator
and my boss is saying that the payments calculated arent correct, if fact the
   are way out!
 * On our system we calculated a loan for 10,140.00 over 36 months at the first
time borrower rate of 6% (APR 6.18%) and the total amount repayable is 11,054.59
with the loan calculator with the same calculations equates to 11,380.00 a massive
   difference.
 * Any advice appreciated.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fproblems-92%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * It will be something to do with your settings.
 * On your form you have a loan in years and repayments in years. Change the ‘repayment
divider’ to 12 to get monthly repayments. You also need to change the interest
   type to Amortisation (not Amortization).
 * Doing this should get you to the right result.

 * This is the same using an online calculator:

 * Hi, I actually never heard back. Having said that I checked with other Credit
Unions and their calculators give a different result. 🙁

 * I suspect the problem is they haven’t decided on the correct way to calculate
   the repayments.

 * Since there hasn’t been any reply is seems they have either fixed it or found
   another solution
