# Problems accessing Appearance – Customize

 * I installed the Contact Form 7 plugin now whenever the plugin is activated I 
   can not access Appearance – Customize just keep getting
 * The (website URL) page isn’t working
 * (website URL) is currently unable to handle this request.
 * If I deactivate the plugin it works fine then re-activate and it’s broken again.
 * Any ideas what could be causing this?

 * I have tried the Twenty Sixteen theme and the Bootstrap Canvas WP themes and 
   it seems to work ok, once I activate the Responsive Theme I have problem again.

 * I think you should post in the [Responsive Theme support area](https://wordpress.org/support/theme/responsive)
   and their team may be able to help you out.
 * I weren’t able to replicate the issue however, the Customizer seemed to work 
   fine with CF7 installed and active.
 * Is everything upto-date?

 * Everything is up to date, only downloaded yesterday, I’ll post in the responsive
   support area and see if they can advise.
