problems activating 4.6.3 developer edition on multisite subdomain

    I bought a developer license, which says on website it alone supports multisite installations, and followed directions not to activate on network but to install in each node on the multisite.
    I activated and registered license in nowlej.com and that works
    But if I activate in any subdomain, I get nasty PHP error and the plugin does not work on that subdomain.

    I submit to support at widget options and receive autoreplay that message received. But no one has answered in more than 5 days since purchase of developer’s license.

    I sent screen captures.

    I’m sorry but the developer cannot have customers in these forums. That’s not allowed for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
