# Problems adding new widgets

 * I’m trying to use Widget Options as a replacement for our 100+ widgets in Display
   Widgets and am also moving to a new Genesis environment. I don’t know if it’s
   because of a conflict but when I try to add a new widget, it doesn’t display 
   properly when I move it to the widget area (primary sidebar mainly) and I can’t
   select which pages to display it on. If I save it and leave the widgets page,
   it moves to the inactive widgets area. If I go back to the widgets page, I can
   move it from the inactive area back to the primary sidebar and then I’m able 
   to see the parts where I can select which pages to display it on and save it 
   properly. Once it’s saved properly, then it works fine on the site.
 * I’d really like to get this working because I think the product features are 
   excellent. I haven’t tried the migration tool yet but it could save us a lot 
   of error-prone, time-consuming work. If I do decide to stick with your product,
   I would upgrade to the Premium version. Thanks for your help.
