# Problems doing updates?

 * I’ve only recently been using your plugin, and I love it, but have run into a
   problem.
 * I can successfully install plugins via the WordPress interface and ssh2, but 
   I can’t seem to run updates. I click “Proceed” on the updates page, and……. nothing
   happens.
 * It’s possible that this is a problem with our server configuration, and I’ve 
   sent a ticket to my sysadmin, but does anyone have any ideas? I tried searching
   the forum for similar issues and didn’t see anything.
