# Problems installing

 * Hi David,
 * I am experiencing the same issues as the others in your support forum. I have
   installed Gravity Forms Toolbar and get told ‘installation successful’ but now
   it cannot be seen in the side bar or settings menu.
 * Have you experienced issues installing onto MacBooks? Just trying to figure it
   out. I tried uninstalling it and re-doing it. I tried refreshing and rebooting.
   I really need this plug-in so any suggestions would be greatly received!

 * Have you also seen the solution in the other threads? 🙂
    You need “Gravity Forms”
   premium plugin installed first, my plugin is “only” a free add-on for it (like
   dozens others here on WordPress.org).
