    also tried on an VM, WAMP and so on, maybe the Theme is guilty? Can anyone recommend a responsive theme that goes good with this plugin?

    Basic aim is some kind of lean and minimalistic web catalogue, nothing fancy, rather functional

    Hi Malinose,

    In the plugin options, can you check whether you have selected thumbnail support (Options > Basic Options) ?

    If this option is on, then the plugin will use the wordpress generated 300×300 thumbnail images to display on your products. This can be a problem since these thumbnails are usually generated automatically when the image is uploaded, but not when using certain themes.

    Can you try disabling the option or using a different theme and seeing if your problem is fixed ?
